Always get your physician's approval before you begin any exercise program.
Exercise #1: Arm and Back Strengthening
Start:
Sit on the floor with your legs straight out in front of your body. Place the band around both of your feet.
Grasp each end of the band and pull back towards yourself until your hands are even with the sides of your body... Repeat.
Option:
Keep your arms straight and hands toward your feet but this time keep your elbows stationary and bend your arms
pulling hands forward towards shoulders (in a curl motion) and hold for a count of 5... Repeat.

Exercise #2: Shoulder, Arm, & Wrist Strengthening
Start:
Stand on a flat floor and step on one end of the band. Grasp the other end of the band in your hand with your palm facing towards the floor.
While keeping your elbow stationary. Pull band upwards towards your shoulder. Hold for a count of 5. Repeat several times. Change feet and work other side of body... Repeat.

Exercise #3: Bicept Strengthening
Start:
Stand on a flat floor and step on one end of the band. Grasp the other end of the band in your hand and position hand as in picture.
Extend your arm in a downward motion across your body and then lift it up diagonally. Hold for a count of 5. Change arms after every 10 extensions... Repeat.
